DANCE WORKSHOPS FOR FESTIVALS AND ARTS EVENTS ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY

Morris

Morris Dance Workshops can be provided to encompass a range of styles e.g. Cotswold, Border or North West Morris.  If time permits this can lead to a final performance with morris kit provided. Numbers participating are only limited by the available space.

Longsword

Longsword Dance Workshops can be provided for up to 30 participants at a time. Wooden swords are provided and dancers learn simple figures from the North Skelton Longsword dance, which can then be woven into a short sword dance for performance.

 

Ceilidh

Ceilidh Dancing Workshops are fantastic fun and enjoyed by people of all ages, these can also take the form of a family ceilidh. During ‘Creative Ceilidh’ workshops participants devise their own ceilidh dances which can then be enjoyed by the whole family.

All workshops are suitable for children or adults. Workshops can also be tailored to suit group requirements.
